Frequently Asked Questions
We aim to have your initial website concept created within 10 working days ready to show on our test server. Extra time may be required until your website is fully live, as this depends on the time taken for content approval, revision requests, domain propagation etc.
We help with up to 5 content and image changes per month. For changes that involve development changes or adding extra features to your website, extra charges may apply.
If you choose to have a blog or article section on your website, we can provide a secure editor login so that you can add blog posts, news or articles. We can also provide a full admin login but we recommend these are only used by someone who has a bit of website design experience or able to use a content management system. Once we have provided an admin login, we cannot be responsible for any issues arising with the website, as we would be unable to track what changes have been made.
All websites require hosting to be able to be accessible to visitors from around the world. Also, as the web is always improving and software requires updating, websites require maintenance so you can get the best out of them and they remain secure and working efficiently for the long term.
We are happy for you to supply content for all of your website pages. We may re-write this content if we feel it could be improved from a search engine perspective and structure it to better work with your website.
We can also write all content for you. We just require some bullet points to help us learn about your business and services. Our package includes a generic privacy policy, or you can send us your own privacy policy and terms and conditions.
Our website package includes licensed stock image and photography. This will ensure your website looks completely professional to your visitors. If you have any photos to add to your website, we will request these during the onboarding process. Your own professionally taken photos helps build trust with your website visitors!
Unlike many of our competitors, we don’t ‘lease’ websites. We do require the website to be hosted by us for 12-months from your sign up date. Once 12-months are over, we’re happy to continue to host and maintain the website, or you’re welcome to transfer the website to another host, no strings attached.
