How we create business websites for our clients
Step 1
Onboarding
Signing up
Our process starts with a simple sign-up once you have built your chosen business website package. Once we receive your information, we’ll schedule a call with you, or if your schedule is looking too hectic and you prefer, we’ll keep in touch via email.
After signing up, you’ll be directed to our onboarding form which is a great opportunity for us to find out more about your business and how to best get you results with your new website. You’ll be asked to provide us with key business information such as contact numbers, locations and content for each of the pages on your site. You’ll also be able to upload your company logo, choose a colour scheme for your website and upload stock images and photography from third-party websites we work with.
The legal stuff
Once you’ve sent your onboarding form and chosen the website package for your business (including our hassle-free hosting and support package – essential for growing businesses). We’ll agree time frames with you and send you our terms and conditions to be signed electronically. This protects you and your website, and means that we’re ready to begin work on your project. Once that’s out of the way, it’s time for our team to start building your site.

Step 2
The Build
Meet your dedicated designer
Your designer will work alongside you until your website is complete and will be on hand via email to answer any questions. Need a call? We’re happy to book one in.
Onto the design of your new site
To keep our prices competitive and our turnaround times fast, we’ve developed our own unique layout system and design specification process. These provide us with a solid blueprint from which to build your website.
Step 3
The Launch
Your feedback & changes
Once your website has been built, your designer will send you a link to view it on our test server. Using our online-based website review software, you will have the ability add comments and feedback on the design of your website. Need to change a colour, an image or text content? That’s no problem at all. As soon as you’re happy and the balance of the project has been paid (and a direct debit set-up for your ongoing hosting and support package), we can sign off your site.
Going live
If you already have a domain name registered, we’ll send you instructions on how to point it to your new website so people can find it. Alternatively, you can provide us with the registrar login and we can take care of this part for you. If you need a domain name, we’ll show you how to register one for your business. Once the domain is pointing to your new website, it will be ready to show the world! We’ll also do our final bits to ensure the site is search engine friendly and visible to search engines.
